I am 53 year old female. I was taking symbal tablets for 4 years .the doc started with symbal 50 and then was reduced to 20 mg. My depression and ocd was reduced. The doctor slowly reduced my dose and about two months back, I stopped taking the tablet.(on doctors advice) now I have become very inactive. I don?t feel like going to work n don?t feel like doing anything at home also. It is very hot in my city n I feel ok only when I sit in sc or some other cool place. please advise.

Good to know that your depression and OCD symptoms have reduced to a point that you no longer need medication. Though you doctor slowest reduced your dosage but it seems your body is showing withdrawal symptoms. Plan one day at a time and start doing small things. Slowly your body will gain strength and you will be able to do more. Don't stress too much. If you don't see any improvement even after 15 -20 days, consult your doctor.
