I'm 23 year old male, in 2016 I was diagnosed with cervical spondylitis. From last one year there is pain in my left arm that is intermittent in nature. My left hand is easily fatigable now. Sometime it radiates to left scapular region. Tingling sensation is absent in fingers. No neck pain. No chest pain. Some doctors are saying it's cervical radiculopathy. What should I do.

You have an intervertebral disc prolapse at the cervical level and need ortho consultation. The protruding disc pressing the nerve endings causes the pain and the sensation you suffer from. You may also use a cervical collar after seeing an ortho.
