Hello, thanks for the query. I am unable to understand what you mean by "natural lubricant" if you are on levothyroxine 50 mcg, please check tsh after 6 weeks of taking that tablet. It should be around 3 to 4 mu/l. That will help in being free from all the symptoms. Thanks.
