Hello Lybrate user, if you have been prescribed this medicine by your doctor, he will know when it should be reduced or tapered off; kindly do not reduce medicine on your own. If the doctor has reduced ; let me tell you these are withdrawl symptoms and the feelings of recurring anxiety is normal; along with this medicine it is very important that at this stage you take help from a counsellor too to reduce these symptoms and get therapeutic treatment for ocd and anxiety. Therapies like cbt are a great help but provided through an experienced counsellor. You can contact me in personal as I am already treating ocd patients with success. For anxiety practise deep breathing exercises and have plenty of fluids and remember to consult your doctor if you are reducing medicines on your own. Take care.

Stress patients worry too much. Stress in today?s day & age where stress is high, feelings of frustration can emerge. It is our perception that can change our current negative situation into a healthy & positive one. Another way of perceiving these feelings of frustration can be by looking at them as an opportunity to push ourselves to go that little extra mile until we achieve our objective. However, there are times when we all can go around in circles; and being in this space can be quite upsetting and lead to feelings of dissatisfaction, frustration and can even cloud our mind and judgment. Exercise one hr daily, oil massage body, hobby, support from friends family, help others, weekly holiday.
