I am taking nexito 10 since 2014. However, this was discontinued from time to time, due to side effects. I think I overall need it even. Side effects are also severe. Please advise me what are serious effects if I continue it for all life. Also tell, for how many years, one can take it? My age is 60 years. Thanks.

Hi, you need to understand at this age changing her is very difficult whatever she is doing is out of suppressed stress and not intentional but this is how she has become over the period best thing you can do is just repeat to yourself I forgive her. Sometimes medicines are required to manage the issue. People who have diabetes or heart diseases take medicines to manage their problems. In the same way in some mental health conditions medicines need to be taken for management. The goal is to lead a normal life with or without medicines.
