Is it safe to take a to z multivitamin with diabetic medicines i.e. Gp3, tendia 20, pioz30? If another one better than a to z. please suggest.

Hello, Thanks for the query. Usually there is no need to take vitamin supplements provided ones diet is well planned. However, any vitamin supplement combination is as good as any other. Most important is to achieve a strict blood glucose control with fasting < 100 mg, pp 150 to 170 mg & hba1c% < 6.8%. In the drugs being taken by you pioglitazone is 30 mg, which should better be restricted to 15 mg a day. Thanks.

I do not prefer to take any vitamin pill if there is no deficiency. But if you want to take then any brand you can take all are equal.
