I'm a rheumatoid arthritis patient. I took rituxan third cycle (each cycle of two intravenous infusions). After three months also there is no improvement in my right ankle pain and swelling. I have been taking regularly folitrax 15 mg per week and hcqs 200 mg per day. Sick of going to hospital as there is no improvement. I'm a rheumatoid arthritis patient since 10 years. Please advise if there is any cure for this disease.

Well there is a possibility that the rituximab is not working in your case. So if the need arises we should change the biological medicine. Secondly if only 1 joint is left I would suggest you get it injected. That should relieve the ankle pain.
