Your all reports are very disturbing. It means you need to adjust your medicine dosage further. Also, you need to do some lifestyle changes. What you eat n when. Also, what is your daily routine? I need details to help you better. U need to reduce your weight also. First of all, you should change your eating habits like 1. Don't take tea empty stomach. Eat something like a banana (if you are not diabetic) or any seasonal fruit or soaked almonds and a glass of water first thing in the morning (within 10 mins of waking up). No only biscuits or rusk will not do. 2. Don't overeat 3. Take your breakfast every day. Don't skip it. U can eat whatever your mother or grandparent eat in bfast. I mean to say whatever is your traditional food. If Punjabi eat paratha, if belongs to the south then take idli/ dosa etc. 4. Have light meals every 2 hours (in addition to your breakfast, lunch n dinner) e.g. Nariyal paani, chaach, a handful of dry fruits, a handful of peanuts, seasonal fruit, a cup of curd/milk etc 5. Finish your dinner at least 2 hours before going to sleep. 6. Avoid fast foods n fried foods7. take a lot of green vegetables n fruit. 8. Drink lot of water9. Everyday preferably sleep on same time 10. Maintain active life style exercise in the form of yoga, cycling, swimming, gymming, walking, etc. Now about point no. 10. You should join a gym for weight training. Do it 2-3 times a week with at least 48 hours in between 2 sessions. For more details you can consult me.Follow this.

Hello, thanks for the query. I have seen the details given. In persons with diabetes dyslipidemia is quite common due to lack of insulin. Plus in uncontrolled hypothyroidism also lipids are deranged. So in your case with tsh at 25.64 mu/l, hypothyroidism is totally uncontrolled. Tsh needs to be maintained around 3 to 4 mu/l when there is adequate dosage of levothyroxine is taken. So it is clear that your current dose in inadequate. Once that is corrected, it will help in correcting the lipids also. For high uric acid, unless there are any symptoms affecting the joints, there is no reason to worry. Only thing is to avoid high purine containing foods. Another important aspect is your weight and height. With a bmi of 32.17 kgs (normal < 23 kgs/sq meter), you have an excess of 24 plus kgs. This needs to be reduced. So walking or exercising has to be daily for over 1 hour and tere has to be better dietary restriction. Unless weight is controlled, there is no way to improve the situation. Thanks.
