Hello, we cant keep a track of which food will cause stains and which will not so my suggestion is eat anything but make it a habit of rinsing with water after you eat so that the food does not remain on the tooth structure for long. rest avoid tea coffee or do the same water rinsing after having them. scaling should be done every year to maintain it. Thanks

Hello lybrate-user. Actually food does not give stains. It is because of the poor oral hygiene and some bad habits. That gives it. So better maintain it well.

Hello, you said your front two teeth are a bit backwards and it stains a lot, generally, if teeth are not in proper angulation, occlusion and crowding, deposits tend to form more in that area because your brush will not be able to reach that area properly. If the irregularities are more get it corrected. There are many foods which may stain your teeth like tea, coffee, coloured food etc, but make it a habit to brush your teeth twice daily, rinse your mouth after every meal, visit a dentist once in a year and get scaling done thank you.
