I am diabetic from 10 years, my hb1ac 7.8 fbs 110 ppbs 170. Running 5 km and inclining for 30 minutes in morning and evening 4 km walk. Diet 2.5 chapathi morning 120 gm rice lunch nights 150 gm millets. My problem is my bs level never in control. Medication glycomet gp 2 0.5 mg and 8 point insulin in nights. I have no other physical problem except frozen shoulder past 6 months. Do I overdo my exercise? My bf at 10 lunch 1.30 dine at 9.40.

Your blood sugar is not very high, it is fairly controlled. Exercise should be enough to avoid exhaustion and till you are enjoying doing it.

7.8 for a 49 year old is a bit high. Specially if you don't have brittle diabetes, multiple complications or taking insulin at high doses. Regarding your fasting and ppbs, it will vary on a daily basis, depends on what you ate the previous evening/night. You need to check your full day sugar profile or use cgms.
