I am 20-year-old male and my problem is a pimple, acne on my chest, shoulder, full backside. This problem is from 1 year when summer is increasing my pimple is also increased and I use medicine. Itraconazole can divorce 200 but not relief. What I do? .Please recommended any medicine.

The medicine you are taking is not for acne, if you are taking it for acne then please stop and if you are taking it for some other problem and under right guidance then go ahead.
