Hi. I have uterine fibroids of size 300 mm*278 mm. I do not have any pain or cramps. But during periods, the pain is unbearable. I often puke whatever I eat or drink. I can't sleep. I take medicine pantocid d and zerodol spas. Though the pain take hours to become normal. It continues for 2 days and 1 day prior to period.
