I started running about 10 days, running for average 800m then I left to appear in an interview for 5 days. Then I started feeling knee pain initially in one eventually in both and was unable to run anymore. Doctor administered me orcerin biod3 plus and a pain killer. My further running was completely prohibited. Now I don't feel pain but don't feel strength in knees too. I fear if I run again i'll end up in pain again. Help me.

Vivek u have to do knee quads n hamstring strengthening exercises n start with slow jogging n eventually to running for small distance n then increase the distance u run
