When I was squeezing lemon I saw something red on it. It might be blood from someone when I bought it from the shop. The lemon was kept in a cover in fridge for 3 days after I brought it and then I took it today. On my hand and fingers there were skin peelings which were painless but it was present all over my hand and fingers and it was a little burning and reddish or pinkish. And there were little openings near my nails due to biting but those openings were not paining. So can the blood on lemon go inside through these? Cash it cause hep or hiv? The lemon wad in the fridge for 3 days so can it kill the virus of hepatitis or hiv? And we drank the lemon juice as well. Please reply can hep or hiv go through it? I'm really scared. What should I do.

I feel you are unduly panicked about hiv and it is very unlikely to have blood on lemon and that too from an infected person. Besides the even if, the blood was from an hiv infected person the virus will not survive outside the body for more than 5-10 minutes.
