Hello, Don't get stressed, at 21 weeks of gestation, we don't worry much about the location of the placenta as in the majority of cases with the growth of the uterus the placenta apparently migrates up. We define placenta previa only if placenta persists in the lower segment after 28 weeks. Even then in your case placenta is 2 cm away from internal os and is not considered to be of many risks. Regarding gestational diabetes it’s important that you maintain your fasting blood sugar less than 95 and pp blood sugar less than 120. Calorie restriction, light exercises, the daily walk can help you to keep your blood sugar in control. Similarly, need to keep tsh below 4 .continue thyronorm and repeat tsh at 4 weeks intervals. All these things are easily manageable so don't worry.
