Hi, I have severe menstrual cramps. The pain is unbearable for me. Due to pain, I'm not even able to get up from the bed. Any kind of physical activity seems impossible. If I try to be strong and go out I end up having a breathing problem and start sweating a lot. I use diclogem tablet as a painkiller. I consume only one tablet only on the first day of my periods. Is there any side effects to it. My blood group is o positive and hemoglobin level is 10.3. Can the tablet lead to infertility?
