Hi Dr. I am taking medicine of stomach infection and lactose liquid too. When I am going to toilet my stool smell bad like a medicine. So I wanna ask that the smelly stool like medicine is due to medicine or what. Colour of my urine also change to light green I am taking 1 500 mg green coloured tab (nitazoxanide). Please clear my doubts about smelly stool.

It's not because of medicines. Smelly stools can be because of infection. But for green urine, you need to do a urine exam test from some lab. Do this 1.take home cooked, fresh light food. 2. Drink boiled water. 3. Take ors.4. Avoid fast foods, spicy and fried foods 5. Curd is good for you. 6. Maintain an active lifestyle for details you can consult me.
