For the last 6 years, I hav been suffering from severe tensiondepression, anxiety,grief, anger&had poor diet (junks) then from 2016, my physical activity too decreased (all time stay at room)&didn't pay much attention to food, poor diet &sleeping patterns now, all my sorrowstensions, depressions hav ended& I hv become very normal mentally &emotionallybut but I hv been malnourished I hv lost all of my facebody fat, even all of my muscles are gone too ihv become thin, my face has becom so small&shrinked my shoulders hv tilted, I feel so weak& hv trouble doing physical work, I gasp after running & climbing stairs, whenever I start eating properly (4-5meals) stomach (liver, intestine,whole, area) starts to ache, pimples begin to come in forehead area when eating protein food can't digest milk&hv difficulty in digesting spicy foods/meat etc, hv anaemia, stomach is often upset serious help needed.
