I am diabetic for last 20 years. I am taking glycometgp2 twice, ziten20 once, glucobay 25 once. With these medicines my fbs is 175 and pps is 288. Can I add pioz 15?

Hello, thanks for the query. I have seen the details given. High glucose levels suggest that present treatment is not adequate. So there is a need to upgrade it. Plus there is a need to give a closer look to your dietary pattern, total caloric intake and extent of daily exercise. Ideally in well controlled diabetes fasting glucose should be < 100 mg or closer to it. Pp should be 150 to 170 mg & hba1c% <7%. So please get in touch with your physician and get the upgrade done. Hi Sir, Here your blood sugar levels are too high. After getting your hba1c level and many more readings of blood sugar any changes can be made.

You are taking pioglitazone already in you glycomet gp2. Your diabetes is not contolled. Please consult a physician who will readjust your medicines as per your clinical profile.
