Tests not so helpful. Mostly useful when there is some symptoms. Annual creatinine, ecg, blood sugar most helpful. Was there mi at any time, is your ecg fairly normal? Keep bp controlled. Heart trouble usually causes difficulty during physical exertion. Tests are required when this occurs. To stay healthy find out the true cause of this disease, that is the only way to be safe and healthy.

Hello, most hospitals has cardiac checkup packages. Your investigations should minimum include, renal function test, ecg, 2d echocardiogram, chest x-ray.
