I was suffering from epilepsy and while stopping medicines I took nexito plus and becosules tablet. As per doctor advice I stopped nexito plus. I used to take becosules for the last 11 years. Now I stopped taking it as per doctor advice. But I am feeling energy less and my eye sight changed. I am not able to work under pressure. I look weak. Again I started taking becosules and I am fit. Do I have b12 deficiency? If so how to test it. Which doctor I have to consult. I am a pure vegetarian.

From your history, you are feeling weak, not due to b12 deficiency but you have a dependence on the becosules and it is not a bad habit anyway as it is the only vitamin and you can continue to take it. Whether you have a deficiency or not can be diagnosed only a blood test for b12 assay.
