My wife's period had not come on regular date. Its being delayed by a week. After doing pregnancy test result is positive. The pregnancy is of less than a month. I dnt want to have kids so early, so please suggest medicine which can abort the pregnancy safely. Does these medicines has severe side effect or safe to use. Please suggest.
