Mera cholesterol 223 hai or triglyceride 312 hai. Mere man me dar baith gaya hai ki mujhe heart problem ho jayega. Isi dar ke karan mera 6 din se nind nahi hua. nind nahi hone ke karan piles ka problem ho gaya. Din bhar sochte rahte hai stress jaisa lag raha hai kya kare nind kaise aayega or stress kaise kam hoga. Please help me.
