Hi, my friend is suffering from depression issues along with pain in neck nerves. Doctor had recommended her the below medications: - mecomore od - delok 20 but ever since she has started taking these medicines, she's having extreme constipation that she only get to pass stools once in 2-3 days that too not fully. She's feeling very bloated that she doesn't feel to eat anything. What to do?

You can take trifala churn 1 tsf bd after meals, hamdard itrifal kishnizi 10 gm with lukewarm water at night. For depression and neck pain hijama therapy is very good.
