I am suffering from depression and anxiety. I am taking mirnite 15 and zaptra 25 but still I faces anxiety, sadness and lack of confidence. Can I take doreme 50 also.

I believe that you are currently on mirnite 15 mg and zaptra 25 mg which were increased from smaller doses to larger ones, I assume.
