I am suffering from depression and anxiety. I am taking mirnite 15 and zaptra 25 but still I faces anxiety, sadness and lack of confidence. Can I take doreme 50 also.

Dear sir, I am sorry that the current medication is not helping you much. Doreme is an antidepressant medication and has been used for the treatment of depression and anxiety. Please do not alter the medicines by yourself. Talk to your psychiatrist regarding your current symptoms and he/ she will advise you further.

Medicines will only help you to reduce symptoms. You have to go for Psychotherapy to learn the skills and techniques to manage your depression and anxiety and increase your self confidence.
