My orthodontics has suggested to use vantej as there is black stains on molars. They said keep it for 10 min on stain area. It should mineralised the black stains. It is correct or not?

No the other way round demineralize but actually it weakens and than can be cleaned.

The black stains are start of cavity ... But if there is food lodgement in those pits you may have to get filling done ..vantej is a good senstivity paste ..

there is some error in understanding the purpose and effect of the tooth paste. your black stains will go by proper brushing with any toothpaste or by professional cleaning but if the black color area is cavity then no toothpaste will fill it and make it white.
