I am taking bp readings by automated bp monitor at home. Always my first reading shows high, second,third and fourth reading are very normal why? During first reading I am very tension and anxious. After taking first reading I am very free the remain readings are normal. Pls suggest which reading should be considered? 148/83 1 reading 120/71 2reading 119/69 3 reading 115/67 4 reading.
