I am a male of 22 years height - 175 cm, weight 55 kg, I drink 6 litres of water in a day, is it normal or I have some problem?

There is no fixed quantity of water that you should take. You need too drink as much water as that your urine is transparent. So if you are outdoors then you might need more water than when you are sitting in an ac.

Hi -6 liters of water is too much have in one day. -excess water intake will also cause many problems. So don't exceed taking 3litres of water per day. -consult me through private Lybrate consultation for further treatment and advice.
