I have severe palpitations few months back. I took ecg, eco, tmt and holter test also. But I have no problem. Doctor advices to take ciplar la 20 mg twice a day for one month. Due to some inconvenience I could not see the doctor. Shall I continue? Or I can stop that tablet? If I stop will it cause any serious problem.

Reduce to 10 mg twice daily for some time. If you stay ok, further gradual reduction can be considered.

You can continue taking the tablet now only when you get palpitations. Also try alternative medicine like yoga to calm your mind as you'll benefit from that.
