Maxiflo rotacap side effects nausea vomiting respiratory tract infection fungal infections in the mouth headache hoarseness of voice sore throat cough musculoskeletal (bone, muscle or joint) pain increased heart rate you should phase out the medicine usage. I hope your doctor had not prescribed it for 4 years. Do this 1. Do saline gargles daily. 2. Whenever possible do steam inhalation also. 3. Cover your nose and mouth with hanky for at least 30 sec when you go in dusty areas also when you go in and out of ac. As our nose is the most sensitive part of our body, when there is temperature difference between two rooms or inside n outside, then if we not protect our nose, it gets affected. 4. Drink hot liquids --hot liquids relieve nasal congestion, prevent dehydration, and soothe the uncomfortably inflamed membranes that line your nose and throat. 5. Sleep with an extra pillow under your head-- elevating your head will help relieve congested nasal passages. If the angle is too awkward, try placing the pillows between the mattress and the box springs to create a more gradual slope. 6. Treat that stuffy nose with warm salt water-- salt-water rinsing helps break nasal congestion, while also removing virus particles and bacteria from your nose. 7. Blow your nose often (and the right way)-- it's important to blow your nose regularly when you have a cold rather than sniffling mucus back into your head. But when you blow hard, pressure can carry germ-carrying phlegm back into your ear passages, causing earache. The best way to blow your nose: press a finger over one nostril while you blow gently to clear the other. Homeopathic treatment has very encouraging results. Consult online for details.

Hello dear, the medicines you take will temporarily dilate your respiratory tract but once the medicines power wades off your complaint will recur. Also, these medicines have their own side effects & you are too young to take it regularly. I would suggest homoeopathy medicines for a permanent solution. Homoeopathy medicines can definitely cure your dyspnoea permanently & without any future recurrences. For further queries or for any other concern you can call us or reach us online.

Inhalers are safe to use lifelong. But copd at age of 29 in female is less likely. Is there history of smoking, h/o tuberculosis, what is your work, is there family history of asthma, do you have recurrent rhinitis? All these are necessary.

Hi, inhalers are safe. They will not cause any addiction. If you are feeling breathless after stopping the medication that means you are requiring medication, that doesn't mean you are addicted. To know your current lung status, meet your pulmonologist again, may require some investigations such as pft. Shaking hands are one of the side effects of the drug in your inhaler. The doctor will see your lung status and adjust the medication. But continue using an inhaler, as inhalers are safe and non-addictive. Wishing you a healthy life.
