Ideally in a very well controlled diabetes patient of your age fasting glucose should be < 100 mg, pp 150 to 160 mg & hba1c% < 6.8%. Considering that what you need to do is take a very well balanced and restricted diet, that provides exact amount of calories for your ideal body weight. (weight and height not mentioned). Plus regular exercise of over 1 hour a day should help in further reduction of all the parameters. Thanks.
