Hello Simran. Avoid over straining. wear proper protective glasses while travelling on two wheeler Also while using computer or mobile... avoid uv rays. Also take A multivitamin tablet having Vitamin A anc C in good amount. You can consult me at lybrate for homoeopathic treatment.
