Is phytoral b cream safe during pregnancy? I have been using it to cure acne issues. I apply it little on the acne area of my face.

It's not a pimple cream. It's combination of a strong steroid and anti-fungal medicine. You were getting temporary relief because of steroid but it has many side effects in long run so please stop it as soon as possible. Preferably show your acne to a dermatologist to look for any adverse effects of steroid on your skin and give you a safe & effective treatment for your acne.
