My father is having diabetes mellitus since 10 years. He was having 484 mg/dl pp and 308 mg/dl fasting values. So he was advised to take insulin 12 units metformin 1gm glimepiride 2 mg and teneligliptin 20 mg. Now his values have reduced to 127 mg/dl pp and 124 fasting. Should he continue the above medication? Please help.

yes very much you will have to continue medication check blood sugars frequently. fasting should be around 100. blood investigations should also at regular basis to avoid complication.
