I felt a dent/depression in my scalp or skull after wearing a tight headband for months. The depression is right below where the headband sat. It seems like it has indented the actual skull as it can be felt when running my fingers along my scalp. I'm worried I might've damaged my skull. Is it possible that it's from my headband, and if so would it be possible to reverse it?
