I used to take vent forte tab and celestamine tab for breathlessness 15 years back. Now the same medicine is not available. What is the substitute for that?

The celestamine tab is a steroid preparation and I do not advise you to take it just like that for a breathlessness whcih can be controlled by bricanyl tab which is better than vent forte. You can also take astahlin tablet whcih should be available everywhere. You have asthma and nebulisation is better ad=nd the gold standard of treatment whcih can be kept at home for as low an investment as 2000/-
