Three weeks before sugar level was 127 before breakfast after break fast 247. After strict diabetic diet and walking jogging and cycling my sugar level reduced drastically 76 before breakfast and 146 after breakfast. I was asked maintain strict diet and exercise at fortnightly shall I have 3 pegs whiskey .plz advice.
