My husband is 37. He feels discomfort in his abdomen. He feels heaviness in abdomen. He feels that when he turns to sleep on his left something shifts to his left side of abdomen and when he turns to sleep on right side then again something shifts to right side of the abdomen. There is no pain at all, but heaviness.
