Hi, my friend came to know that he is having high bp 150/100 and doctor prescribed tables 10 mg morning and 5 mg night (tablet name I don't know) for 15 days and follow up after 15 days. Dr. advice to reduce salt, non-veg, pickles, and change life style. So now ge want to change this life style but how change, what to do, .he is going to join in yoga. We want to the best life style of a bp patent at the age of 32 years.

It is simple day to day things. - eat healthy balanced diet - eat more fruits vegetables - avoid extra salt pickles like Dr. said - do not overeat - reduce outside and junk food - stuff like chips french fries are strict no - reduce stress solve problems and let go - live well organized systematic life - sleep well and sufficient - gentle exercise everyday like walk and yoga - learn relaxation. Deep breathing is helpful - spend some time in nature - spend quality time with family and friends - use homeopathy as safe effective remedy
