I take galvus met 500 mg in the morning and glycomet 500 mg at night. Also I take telvas 40 in the morning. This is somewhat manageable but my sugar level is around 230 most of the time. Can I take glycomet in the noon too? Sir I am not a foodie and prefer homemade simple food. Actually galvus met is too expensive. Earlier I took only glycomet and had plenty of stock.
