I'm 18 and feels too much weakness, some days before I played 20-30 min badminton and thereafter my hands were shivering even in holding a glass of water. Weakness seems common to me. I've got my haemogram report stating haemoglobin, rbcs and p.c.v/hematocrit high than normal. What shall I do? Is there something serious?

There is nothing serious with you. You need to check your thyroid level also and if it is also normal, the tiredness is due to lack of physical training. At this young age, you need to increase your stamina, step by step by doing graded exercises. You need to drink a lot of water to the tune of 2-3 litres in a day.
