In the last couple of days I am having foot pain; I need to tell you about the background of this pain; everyday I walk for an hour; however, I changed my schedule and thought making 108 rounds around the temple would be better off rather than walking on the roads; can you please suggest me the reason and medicine to alleviate pain?

Hello, thanks for your query on Lybrate "as" per your clinical history is concerned for pain you can take mopant-n every 8 hours and take rest for few days. Do consult one physiotherapist for specific exercise plan. Do follow lifestyle modifications like this- 1) gradually and slowly increase your physical activity 2) while doing any physical activities first warm up body then start 3) talk with your physio about shoes which will be good for your foot 4) do stretching exercise for calf muscle and achilles tendon every day in the morning and evening hope that helps.
