Can I get therapy through text assistance for c-ptsd using istss 3-stage recovery model where I can take emdr self administered in 2nd stage? Is this possible? I am taking depranex 15 mg for 1 month now.

The google information is on and must be used as a piece of guiding information and not as a replacement of doctors. You cannot get therapy through text assistance for c-ptsd using ists 3-stage recovery model where you can take emdr self-administered in 2nd stage in online chat consultation.
