My one and half month baby face was full of red acne, her skin was very rough and flaky its like she has got prickly heat. My elders said it happens after birth it vl be fine on its own n all but I consulted her pediatrician he said her skin is sensitive and prescribed atonide gel for 7-10 days. I applied that fr a week and her face was totally clean n soft. But after 2 days of stopping that I am again she is getting that rough skin n acne again. Why again and what should I do to avoid this?
