There is no need to change anything. To reduce glucose levels further you may look at your dietary pattern and increase the extent of daily exercise. (There is no mention about the same). Increasing the intake of green leafy vegetables, salads and avoiding deep fried foods, bakery items and foods made from maida and avoiding junk foods as well as colas, will also benefit. fasting should be around 100 slight fasting is high. medications are fine. complete your dinner timely take less carbohydrate in dinner. if possible check mid night around 3-4 am blood sugar to see the level at that time .in many of case when sugar level gets low in midnight than compensatory mechanisms happens in body and blood sugar rise leads to high fasting value . in this situation we need to titrate night medication and diet properly
