Hi, my 4 and half years old son has many issues like he banged his head often. when he wants something desperately or we scold on him, also when he feels bored. He just started saying the sentences. He often impulsive and uncontrollable when got angry. He does not want to write by pencil but know everything compares to his age group. He is fond of playing car and making building by blocked. He does sit in the same place. Always jump in the sofa or bed. He does not have any friend but he tries to communicate but the procedure is not well enough to make friends. He has good eye contact. He is good in one to one eye contact. So in group work, he doesn't want to participate .sir please suggest what can be an issue? and if any therapy or medicine would help. Can I give him a calm 5 tab? Is there any side effect in the long term? Should we need to continue this med for the whole life! I am very worried sir. Please help.
