Hello doctor. I'm 29 years old female. Recently I have done my hormone test. The results were tsh 4 uiu/ml, fsh 5.72miu/ml, lh 2.28 miu/ml prolactin 13.83 ng/ml. Am l normal? And I was diagnosed with pcod 6 years back. But my periods are regular with flow of blood for 2 days only. And I take eltroxin 50 mcg once daily. Do I have poor ovarian reserve as my fsh is high than lh? Kindly guide me.

Hello. Your hormonal reports are absolutely fine. Do not worry about the ovarian reserve. Its afc and amh which is more specific for ovarian reserve and it is usually on the higher side in cases of PCOS.

Hi. When you have regular periods. A simple scan finding will not justify that you have pcod. So just take eltroxin. Reduce your weight. Follow proper lifestyle pattern. To know about reserve. Kindly do amh count.
