Sir mai ek 25 year old student hu. Mai 5-6 sal se depression me hu. Aur pichale 2 sal se mai iska ilaj bhi kara raha hu. Physchetrist ne regular running, exercise aur yog nidra ke liye bola tha. Mai regular running aur exercise aur yog nidra karta tha jisase mujhe kafi relax tha aur mental health me kafi sudhar tha. Lekin ab mai piles ka operation kara liya hu jisake karan running nahi kar pa raha hu. Exercise aur meditation karane per bhi mai low feel karta hu koi upay sujhaye please.
