I am facing chronic dyspnea for the last 6 years, there were some tests recently diagnosed such as cbc, spirometry, paranasal sinuses, all the reports are normal except serum ige which is 201. I have been advised to take 1.montelukast 10 mg, 2.desloratadine. 05 mg 3.nasal spray. I have continued montelukast for some days but now I left it to take. The problem I am facing has been a matter of constant discomfort. What can I do, how I can get relief from it? Is it anything about asthma or any other.

Considering high ige and ch dysnoea, you were advised right medicine and can continue if feeling better. Can try laba and ics combination by inhalation considering it asthma and see the response.
