I am expecting answer for this question from a nutritionist or person who has good knowledge about bodybuilding supplements. What is the difference between bcaa and amino. Which one is better. I am already taking scivation extend bcaa and looking for a change. Should I change to some other brand bcaa or I can change to amino.

Bcaa are a type of amino acid. Amino acid is building block of protein. Bcaa are generally recommend for muscle building. However a normal protein supplement has a combination of bcaa and amino acid. But a specific supplement has more concentration of bcaa which is now days recommended for muscle building.
